250 gramarbi
1 tbspoil
1/ 4 tsp raai
1/ 4 tsp haldi
1/ 8 tsp hing
1/ 2 tsp laal mirch powder
1/ 4 tsp salt
1/ 2 tsp sugar
2 tbsphara dhaniya

Take arbi wash it then pressure cook with 3 whistles.

Peelthe cover and cut it into pieces

In kadhai add oil, rai, hing, haldi, laal mirch powder, make a tadka of it add Coriander leaves, pieces of arbi, salt and sugar.saute it for 2- 3 minutes.

Arbi ki sabji ready to eat.
