  • 20g~ chocolate
  • 50 gpancake mix
  • 40 ccmilk or water
  • oil for deep fry

    Cut bananas into 1 cm long.

    Cut chocolate into small pieces.

    Mix pancake mix with water or milk to make batter.

    Dip a small amount of chocolate into a banana and sandwich it between another banana.

    Dip the bananas in batter mix ❸ and deep fry in 160℃ oil until golden brown.

    The chocolate comes out from inside and it's delicious.
    If you like it sweet, sprinkle some powdered sugar or maple syrup on it.
