Saute khada masala on low flame. Let it cool. And make dardara(coarse) powder. In a pan add

In a pan heat butter and oil add chopped onions, saute for 7-8 minutes. Add ginger garlic, chilli saute again for 5-7 minutes. Add turmeric, red chilli, dhaniya jeera powder., add chopped tomato, add salt saute till oil seprates.

Add grinded khada masala, tomato gravy. In another pan add butter, add onion, capsicum, tomato. Saute on high flame for crunch.

Add this in a gravy. Add paneer cubes. Salt to taste. Saute for 5+7 mi nutes.

Kadai paneer is ready to serve. Serve with hot roti or phulka. Garnish with coriander leaves.
