  • 100 gramsroasted sevvya
  • 75sugar
  • 1 cup milk with malai
  • 1 tablespoon dryfruit pieces
  • 1/2 tspoon cardamom powder
  • 1 tablespoon ghee

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Heat a pan add ghee and roasted shevyya.Saute for a minute.

    Add half cup warm water and cook.

    Now add milk.cook till milk evaporates.

    Add sugar, cardamom powder and dry fruits.Saute for two minutes.Our sevayya halwa is ready to serve.
