Chickpea Dip with Lemon and Cumin

Peel and crush the garlic. Squeeze the lemons.

In a serving bowl, add the garlic and lemon juice. Add the chickpeas, a little salt, and cumin. Mash the chickpeas with the other ingredients until well combined. Top with a few whole chickpeas, sprinkle with a little more cumin, and drizzle with olive oil.

Serve with pickles, tomatoes, and onions. Enjoy!
