Warm your water.

Add sugar, salt and warm water in a bowl then add flour and stir until well mixed.

Add cooking oil in the mixture and knead until firm and elastic.

Then cover dough for 30minutes.

Divide your dough to small sizes. roll each dough with a rolling pin until thin and round

Heat your pan with cooking oil then add you round chapati turning both sides to cook.

Serve with lentils
