Steps

First dry roast the ragi till you get a nutty smell then to it add cocoa powder and measure jaggery powder also.

Transfer all to a bowl add baking soda baking powder salt.

Dry roast coconut for a min then add two drops of ghee sauté it.

Then add milk to it and cook for two mins. Now mix the dry ingredients well.

Add coconut mixture and ghee to it and make a dough with sprinkles of water. Grease two butter papers and flatten between the two butter papers.

Poke holes and cut it into small cubes.

Bake at 200 degrees for 10 mins and wait for it to completely cool then serve or transfer to airtight container for a tea time snack.
