Start by boiling the maggi noodles until al-dante.

Chop all the bell pepper into cubes and onion into slices.

Add butter to a nonstick pan and saute all the veggies.

Add maida to the veggies and saute for a minute or two.

Pour in the milk, add oregano, chilli flakes as well as masala maker and cook until the sauce thickens.

Add the boiled maggi noodles to the prepared sauce, mix well and cook for 2 more minutes.

Plate the creamy noodles, add some italian herbs for garnishing and enjoy ✨
