Ingredients

  • 3Potatoes boiled boiled and cubed
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1/2 tspGinger grated
  • 1 tbspGhee or any Oil
  • 200 gmsCurd
  • 1/4 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspRed Chilli Powder
  • 1 tspsalt
  • 1/4 cupcoriander leaves chopped
  • 1/2 tspcarom seeds
  • 1 pinchasafoetida

    Boil the potatoes, cool it and perl it. cut into cubes

  2. 2

    In another bowl take the fresh curd and whisk till smooth.

    Later in a kadai add the ghee and put cumin seeds and carom seeds and asafoetida When they sputter.Add chopped onion and grated

    Stir fry for 30 secs and then add the turmeric powder, red chilli powder.

    . Stir for once and Then add the curd mixture slowly,add salt and cook till the oil separates.,Just add the boiled potatoes in it.

    Turn off the fire and garnish with finely chopped green coriander and serve with Chapati.
