  • 1 1/2 lbsfresh apricots (about 700 grams)

  • 1 teaspoonvanilla extract

    Thaw the apricots and drain them.

    Grease a baking pan and strain any juice released from the fruit.

    Cut both types of butter into pieces and melt them.

    Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl, add the sugar and salt, and beat with an electric mixer. Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).

    Add the apricot juice and beat again. Sift the flour with the baking powder.

    Add the flour mixture to the bowl and beat again.

    Add the melted butter and beat again.

    Add the vanilla extract and beat again.

    Add the apricots and chopped almonds.

    Gently fold everything together with a spatula, pour into the prepared pan, and bake for 40 minutes.

Tips

Comment congeler les abricots du jardin

Trier les abricots ne garder que les plus beaux (utiliser les autres pour confitures,gâteaux,tartes,salades de fruits etc)

Comment récupérer facilement un morceau de coquille d oeuf dans un saladier ?

Si un petit morceau de coquille tombe dans le saladier lorsque vous cassez un œuf il suffit de prendre une demie coquille pour récupérer le débris il se colle immédiatement

Comment différencier facilement les beurres dans le réfrigérateur ?

Si comme moi nous n aimez pas conserver les beurres différents dans leur papier d emballage il suffit de coller des étiquettes sur les différents beurriers afin de ne commettre aucun impair en cuisine (je plastifie les étiquettes et elles supportent plusieurs lavages)

Comment obtenir facilement des jus de fruits maison

Lorsque je décongèle les fruits du jardin je les égoutte et filtre le jus rendu par les fruits cela me permet d avoir du jus de fruits du jardin que je peux ajouter à mes préparations

Comment graisser un moule uniformément et de façon économique

Faire fondre le beurre puis le mettre dans un flacon spray pulvériser ensuite vos moules

Comment obtenir rapidement du beurre fondu ?

Couper le beurre en morceaux le placer dans un bol couvrir celui ci d'une assiette et placer 4 minutes au micro ondes puissance 300 (à adapter selon les quantités et selon la puissance du micro ondes)

Comment réussir facilement des gâteaux

Lorsque je fais des gâteaux je tamise systématiquement ma farine avec la levure

Comment s'assurer de la parfaite cuisson d'un gâteau ?

Il suffit de planter une lame de couteau dans le gâteau si elle ressort sèche c'est cuit dans le cas contraire prolonger un peu la cuisson

Comment bien faire refroidir des gâteaux

Pour faire refroidir des gâteaux je les les sors toujours du four avec la grille

Fan de cuisine j adore innover et créer de nouvelles recettes pour enchanter les papilles de mes proches j aime présenter joliment mes plats réjouir les yeux avant l estomac 😉Je n utilise pas de produits transformés pour mes recettes le fait maison est tellement meilleur 😋je prépare toujours à l avance mes bouillons et les congèle j en utilise beaucoup j adore les herbes fraîches et les épices j en mets partout j ai la chance d avoir un grand jardin avec des arbres fruitiers j ai donc des fruits toute l année ( merci le congélateur)Mon gros défaut : être incapable de suivre une recette ou d ouvrir un livre de cuisine 😂N'hésitez pas à me suivre sur Instagram pseudo :djem131> Portrait Cookpad : https://blog.cookpad.com/fr/mila-skull/
