Steps

For making dough
Add wheat flour salt 1 tbsp oil to mixing bowl begin to form soft dough knead dough with water add 1/2 tsp oil cover keep aside for 5 min.
Get ready with all ingredients. - 2
Now divide dough into equal size balls.
Flatten one portion of dough roll into a square shape spread oil again fold it roll it - 3
Heat up tawa spread oil place Paratha on it cook it and press down with spatula until puff up

Meanwhile in mixing bowl stir onion red chilli powder green chilli green coriander leaves salt break and egg whisk well until forthy

Now turn on paratha spread egg mixture on Paratha when it cook Ane side flip up carefully and cook another side too drizzle with oil
Check the egg side is cook completely - 6
Now remove Paratha on rolling pad cut into square shape pieces
Serve immediately. - 7
Serve hot or warm with chutney sauce or dip with hot cup of tea or coffee.
