Chicken Strips with Zucchini and Red Onion

Shred the chicken breast and dice the zucchini and red onion. Season with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika, if desired. Preheat to 350°F (180°C) for 3 minutes. Cook at 350°F (180°C) for 15 minutes. Shake the chicken halfway through. Add a few more minutes if needed.

  1. 9 ozchicken breast (about 260 grams)
  2. 2red onions
  3. 2zucchinis, sliced
  4. Spices to taste
  5. 1 1/3 tablespoonsolive oil (20 ml)

Steps

    Cut the chicken breast into 1/2-inch strips

  2. 2

    Marinate with all the ingredients and spices for a couple of hours

  3. 3

    Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (180°C) for 3 minutes

  4. 4

    Take the chicken out of the fridge and let it sit at room temperature for 15 minutes

  5. 5

    Cook at 350°F (180°C) for 15 minutes, shaking the chicken well halfway through. If you prefer it crispier, add a few more minutes.
