Healthy and fresh fruits smoothie is my absolute favorite breakfast. Starting the day with more energy and good vibes!

To make a smooth smoothie, cut your fruits the night before and keep it in the fridge.
Next day add your fruits, protein powder or (you can add seeds and nuts for protein that you have at home like chia seeds, oats, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, almonds etc) - 2
Now add the rest of the ingredients, milk, yogurt

Blend them until smooth

Garnish with more of your favorite fruits and seeds, I prefer to add the sweet fruits as dragon fruit are not that sweet.
