Oil half of fish. Slightly fry stingray to brown and firm it. Set aside

Fry shallots. Add <1 tsp salt. Set aside

Fry dried prawns, belachan (1 block; 1 tbsp size), tomato and mom’s chilli. Fry for few minutes. Add in fish and stir fry. Add shallots last
