Take leaves from a bunch of gongura and wash it two times

In a pot take water and boil the leaves for 2 mins.then wash it with normal water and strain all the water from the leaves.

Now in these leaves add salt,chilli paste,dal and rice,grind peanuts and make small balls and steam these balls for 10 min

Now in an iron pan add some oil and add jeera,asafoetida and some chilli paste now add this balls and mix well cook this for 2 min your gongura leaves bhaji is ready to eat

Serve this with jawar roti or rice roti
