Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1 cupquinoa
  2. 1tomato (remove skin)
  3. 1small onion
  4. 4 tbspolive oil
  5. chopped parsely
  6. 1 tbspdried basil
  7. salt
  8. pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Cook 1 cup of quinoa and add 1 1/2 of water for 15 minutes.

    Chopped the onions, tomato mushroom and parsely

  3. 3

    Add 4 tbsp of olive oil in a frying pan. Add the mushroom with salt and pepper then add the onion and the cooked quinoa for 5 minutes.

    Add the dice tomato and parsley. Season with salt, pepper and the dried basil.
