Wash and scrape off scales,remove the inside of fish. slice slightly the body of the fish and put salt.

Heat the cooking oil in a frypan until hot, add the fish in the hot cooking oil for deep fry.

Chop onions and tomato's, take another sufuria or saucepan and heat the cooking oil.

Add chopped onions and fry until it turns golden brown then add tomatoes and cook for 2 minutes.

Take the fried fish and add in that mixture of onions and tomatoes then add water and royco cube leave it to cook for 10minutes. add a little salt to taste.

Serve hot with ugali and greens.
