Today, I have prepared healthy bars using oats and peanut butter as key ingredients and cover it with dark chocolate which makes these bars kids friendly.

Ingredients

35 minutes
8 bars
  • 1/2 cupoats
  • 1/2 cuppeanut butter (approximately)
  • 8marie biscuits
  • 200 gramsdark chocolate
  • 2 tbspmelted butter/ghee
  • 1 tbspwhite chocolate chips
  • 1 tbspbutterscotch balls

Steps

35 minutes
  1. 1

    Dry roast oats. Roughly break marie biscuits. Grind oats and biscuits together.

    In a mixing bowl add oats-biscuits powder, 1/4 cup peanut butter and melted butter or ghee. Mix well.

    Now in a tray line butter paper and transfer this mixture and spread it uniformly by pressing spatula.

    Roughly chop dark chocolate, add peanut butter and melt them in a double boiler.Pour this on oats biscuit layer. Sprinkle white chocolate chips and butterscotch balls and let it set in refrigerator.

    Then cut it into pieces and enjoy.
