First of all add water to a pan and heat it. Now when the water gets a little hot, add bay leaves, cinnamon piece, cloves, black pepper corns, chopped garlic and chopped ginger and mix it.

Now add chopped carrot, chopped onion, chopped cabbage, chopped french beans and chopped bottle gourd pieces to this and boil it on medium flame for 8 to 10 minutes.

Now cool this stock and strain it through a soup strainer and discard the boiled vegetables. And this vegetable stock can be stored in the freezer for 15 days. And this stock can be used when making any soup.
