Cut the spiny gourd, remove seeds, Now heat a tbsp oil and fry it. Meanwhile grind the sev and ground nut

Now add the ground masala and sesame seeds, salt and regular spices,mix well and keep aside

Now blend tomato onion and cashews to a paste. Heat oil, and add the gravy

Add spices and cook for 2 mts. Add prepared spinygourd with masala. Mix well and cool for about 2 mts. Add fresh cream and serve
