Wash your meat, Kanda and fishes and periwinkles every protein necessary.

Put in the pot and season with salt, maggi,pepper and onion.
Cover and allow it to boil for at least 20-25mins. - 3
After it has boiled, check if stock is soft then proceed to add oil and allow to boil. Then start washing and cutting the veggies to be used. After it has boiled check for salt and other ingredients and adjust the taste to suit you.

Next add the achi into the already boiling mixture and allow to cook properly, add ogiri and any other thing you desire to add then allow to boil and cook well, let the ingredients unleash their potentials in the soup.

After awhile add, your ukazi,then your ugu last, don't allow them boil too much to avoid the vegetables changing colour.
Then bring it now and serve with your desired swallow.
