Wash,clean & remove the pulp of custard apple.Remove seeds from the pulp with the help of strainer or handy chopper

Cut the boiled beetroot into small pieces and transfer the pulp of custard apple and pieces of beetroot in the blender jar also add milk

Now blend to make a smooth paste.Transfer this paste to a bowl & keep it over low flame 🔥 and cook add sugar & stir continuously add cardamom powder cook for 2-3 min.

Off the flame put this bowl in the fridge for one hour.

Heat a pan & dry roast pumpkin & sunflower seeds. Transfer the chilled custard basundi in a serving dish garnish it with seeds and serve thandi thandi,cool cool Basundi and enjoy 😋
