Assemble ingredients, chop Dates and Mango Bar.

Add water in pan, then add sugar and let sugar fully dissolve

Add dates, Aam papad or Aam Satto and cook in medium flame for 3-4 minutes

Now add raisins, bay leaf, fennel seeds and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add salt also.

Now add roasted masala, mix nicely and switch off flame. Let it cool and then add lemon juice and chopped fruits.

Chutney is ready
