Take all the needed ingredients.

Mix all dals,fenugreek,red chilli along with bajra,wash them thrice and soak around 5hrs.

After that transfer to the mixer jar then add ginger,cumin,asafoetida, salt,onion and grind nicely. Add water as required.

No fermentation needed. Directly, pour a ladle of batter on a hot tawa and sprinkle oil,then flip and cook.

Thatsall. Protein packed healthy Bajra dosa is ready.
