Sabudana tomato chakri (Chakli)

In a big vessel soak sabudana overnight.

In the morning remove some water from sabudana.

Make tomato pury with blander and remove the seeds and skin from tomato.

Now add tomato pury,green chilly paste,salt, and boiling water,

Mix all ingredients well

Now put the vessel on medium flame stir it continusly

Till the sabudana became transperant and batter should be in poring consistancy if needed add more boiling water

Let it cool for half hour and then pore the batter in a thick plastic bag and make chakri in sunlight let it dry completely in sunlight for 3-4 days

Then fry the chakri in medium flame and enjoy😊😊

We can store it whole year in a airtight container
