Wash the mushrooms in salted water and blanch the green peas and mushrooms.
And everything else will be prepared

Now add oil and butter in a pan and add cinnamon by leaf and star flower in it.
Now add chopped onion in it Saute. - 3
Now add finely chopped garlic, ginger and chilli to it and saute.

Now add tomato to it and add salt to it and saute
Now add masala to it and keep stirring till the oil separates
Now add a cup of water and let it rise.

Now add the blanched mushroom peas and mix it till the oil separates from it

Mushroom matar are prepared in this way, now we will serve it
