Pickled with Cognac and Vinegar
I think these will be good to snack on or to cook with.
Cooking Instructions

Slice, and quarter the radish. Slice the celery. Leave the baby carrots whole if they are small enuff.

Heat all the liquids to a boil. Add the spices and seasonings to the jar and pour the hot liquids to fill the jar or jars. I used 1 big pickle jar. Wipe the lid off. Add the lid and allow it to cool. Place in the refrigerator overnight. Serve I hope you enjoy!!! Keep in the refrigerator as long as you would normal pickles.
