Whole Wheat Potato Pea Samosa

First, take the whole wheat flour in a bowl and add ghee, oil, carom seeds, salt, and water as needed to knead a dough similar to that for puris.

Next, heat oil in a pan and sauté the ginger garlic paste for 1 minute.

Then add peas and salt, and let it cook for 1 minute. Add the boiled potatoes and mash them well.

Add dried mango powder, garam masala, and sugar, mix well, and let it cook for 2 minutes. Allow the mixture to cool slightly.

Roll out the dough into large puris, cut them in half, and take one half. Place about two tablespoons of the filling and shape it into a samosa.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the samosas on medium heat until they are golden brown and crispy on both sides.
