  3. 2 tablespoonsoil
  4. 1/2 teaspooncarom seeds
  5. Salt to taste

  8. 6boiled potatoes
  9. 3 1/2 ouncespeas (about 100 grams)
  10. 2 tablespoonsoil
  11. 1 teaspoonginger garlic paste
  12. 1/2 teaspoongaram masala
  13. 1/2 teaspoondried mango powder
  14. 1 teaspoonsugar
  15. Salt to taste

  17. Tomato sauce for serving

    First, take the whole wheat flour in a bowl and add ghee, oil, carom seeds, salt, and water as needed to knead a dough similar to that for puris.
