Steps

Take all ingredients from 1 measurement CUP. First take wheat flour then take ghee which is hot add in wheat flour and dry mix.

In milk add sugar and dissolve it now this dissolved sugar milk add in wheat flour and make a dough. Give rest for 20 minutes and then start preparing shankarpali. Make a chapati which is half inch in size.

When when making chapati side corners are cut by cutter then give shape of shankarpali or you can use any other shape cutter also keep kadai and add oil in it and when oil become hot keep flame medium to low. Now put shankarpali in oil and fry till till light brown colour came.

Remove it when it is light brown. Make it cool and then transfer in Air tight container.
