recipe that combines the goodness of fenugreek leaves and whole wheat flour.

In a mixing plate add flour, methi leaves, asafoetida, turmeric powder, oil and salt. Mix everything well.

Now add water little by little and make a smooth dough.

Now make medium balls from dough and roll the thepla to a round flatbread of about 5 to 6 inches in diameter.

Heat tawa, spread oil both sides and roast until golden brown.

Serve hot with chutney or curd.
