Add a few sliced white mushrooms and Herbes de Provence.

Prepare the filling: beat the eggs, cream, mustard, and shredded Swiss cheese together. Roll out the puff pastry, add the vegetables, then pour the filling over them. Top with diced feta cheese. Bake for 45 minutes at 350°F (180°C).
