Transfer the rajma in pressure cooker, add 4-5 cups water, salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and ginger-garlic paste.

Crush Crispy Fried Onion and add to the pressure cooker. Add tomato puree and mix well. Cover with a lid and cook on high heat till 5-6 whistles are released. Lower the heat and cook for 15-20 minutes more.

Open the lid once the pressure settles completely.

Transfer in a serving bowl, garnish with coriander sprig and serve hot with steamed rice.
