First, wash and clean the spinach thoroughly, then chop it finely.

Heat oil in a skillet. When the oil starts to smoke, add the cumin seeds and let them brown. Add the finely chopped onion and sauté until golden. Add the ginger-garlic paste and cook. Then add the tomato, salt, and all the powdered spices. Cook until the oil separates from the mixture.

Add the chopped spinach, cover, and cook on low heat.

Cut the paneer into pieces as desired. In a separate pan, heat a little oil and lightly brown the paneer pieces.

Once the spinach mixture has cooked and most of the water has evaporated, add the paneer and cook until the oil separates. Your palak paneer is ready. This method makes a very tasty palak paneer.
