Another simple and delicious side dish.

Cut the bacon into small cubes and place in a large skillet. Cook until it releases its fat, then add the onion and sauté until translucent.

Snap the asparagus by bending until they break naturally. Use the tips and add them to the skillet, letting them cook for a bit until slightly tender.

Add the mushrooms, season with a little salt and pepper, mix, and cover. Let cook for about 5 minutes.

Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Enjoy this side dish!
