I made carrot juice,I kept the residual after sieving the blended carrot,it's so healthy to heat up carrot as you get twice the nutrients in it..

I made carrot juice,I kept the residual after sieving the blended carrot,it's so healthy to heat up carrot as you get twice the nutrients in it..

Steps

Wash and duce tomatoes,onions and peppers,wet aside
Break eggs into a bowl, season a little with little salt or any seasoning of choice,set aside.. - 2
Now,heat up oil,when hot,add onions on low/med heat,stir fry,after 5secs,add carrot paste,stir fry for 5secs,add pepper,stir fry fir 3 secs,add tomatoes, drizzle half of both seasoning,stir fry till oil float in top,taste to adjust with remaining seasoning,as desired..

Next,add seasoned whisked eggs on low heat just pour it into middle of pan,let it eet

Carefully,flip side,when bottom is set with this below so,the omelette will not scatter..

When both sides become co-agulated or caked, remove from heat,let it sit in pan till temperature drops,as the omelette is still cooking..

Remove from pan with same utensil as above, enjoy with beverage and bread..
