Steps

Pound variyali, dhania seeds, ajwain, green chilies. Add salt in cleaned and washed mix bhajis. Add in pounded ingredients. Add in dhanajira, chilli powder and hing

Mix well.
Warm water and add in oil and soda and make a solution. Keep solution ready. - 3
Add the besan and rava into the greens(Note greens should be more than flours for soft bhajjis). Add in the solution and mix.

Rest the batter for 10 minutes. Heat oil for deep fry. Add lemon juice into the batter. Mix very well to get soft spongy bhajjis.

Drop medium sized bhajjis in hot oil. Fry on medium flame. Turn and fry bhajjis evenly. Drain and take tasty bhajjis out. Fry the rest similarly.

These bhajjis are spongy and super soft. Serve hot with sliced onions and fried green chillies.
