Ingredients

  • 1 tbspurad dal
  • 2 tbspchana dal
  • 1 tbspmustard seeds
  • 1/2 tbspkalonji
  • 4-5dried red chillies
  • 1 tbspcoriander seeds
  • 10curry leaves
  • 1ball tamarind
  • 1/2 tbspfunegreek seeds
  • 4garlic pod
  • 1/2 tspsalt
  • 1 tbspoil

Steps

15 mins
  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan. Add all the ingredients. Fry for few mnutes.. once it is done. Transfer to a plate.

  2. 2

    Cool it and grind it into a fine powder.

  3. 3

    Store it in a air tight container.

  4. 4

    Serve.with idly and dosa
