Let's make vegitable stock first.
For stock take 2 cup water in a pan add all dry spices mention above and add all veggies mention above. Let it boiled for 10 to 15 minutes.
Then strain stock and vegetables. Keep it separately - 2
Our stock is ready.

Now let's make soup. Add 1 tbs ghee in pan heavy bottom pan, then add chopped carrot,ginger, raw turmeric, garlic and onion. And stir it well.

Now add into our ready fresh vegitable stock and carrot juice as well. Add salt as per your taste.

Now let it boil for 10 minutes.
Then strain this soup make sure to seprate veggies from soup.
(We need to grind this veggies further for making thick soup) - 6
After straining, add strained vegitable into grinding jar, and grind it into smooth paste.
Then strain this veggies paste again, just to avoid lumps. - 7
Again add this ground veggies paste into strained soup. Cook it for 2 more minutes, add coconut milk.

And serve it hot, garnish it with black pepper powder, coconut milk and mint leaves.
