In a bowl add wheat flour, melted butter, sugar, salt and baking powder. Mix it well and add enough water. Knead a smooth dough. Once it is done cover it and keep aside for a few minutes. In a bowl add cinnamon powder. In a bowl add cinnamon powder and melted jaggery mix it well. The mixture should not be gravy and watery. It should be meduim in consistency. Once it done and keep aside

Take out the lid and again knead a dough. From the dough take a small ball and roll it like a chappati in a big size. Now take a half spoon cinnamon mixture. Spread it on a chappati evenly. Then fold it slowly. Be careful the mixture should not comes out. Once it done.

Mean while preheat oven 180 degree C for 5 minutes. The cut into meduim size. Now arrange the cinnamon roll in microwave plate. Bak for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes check it. If it is done Then take out from oven.

Transfer to a serving plate. Serve as a starter or dessert
