Peel the green soyabean and wash it

Cut the onion and tomato and grind the coconut coriander leaves and garlic. Add the oil in the pot and put it on the gas add mustard seeds,jeera,asafoetida and add onion saute it, add tomato cook this in the oil stir in between now, add green soyabean and roast it in the oil with the onion

Now add Kanda lasun chtani,salt and grinded coconut and garlic now add some water

Cook this curry for nearly 10 to 15 min and add peanut powder again and cook it for 2min

Serve soyabean curry with bhakri or chapati
