Ingredients

10-15mins

2-3 servings

500 gSweet Potatoes Wedges
Vegetable Oil for deep frying
Chilli Pepper Powder 1/2-1tsp

Heat up oil in a pit or pan

Hen hot,add potatoes,after 5mins,stir slightly for even doneness to make sure all sides get done & crispy

When they all are golden brown& crispy, drain in a paper towel or stainless S ieve, drizzle pepper as desired,while it's still hot,toss it,set aside
4

Repeat process,till they are exhausted, enjoy with any food or peppered meat
