Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgChicken
  2. Oil 1/4 cup+to fry
  3. 1 tspPaprika
  4. 1 tspChilli flakes
  5. 1/2 tspGaram masala powder
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 3/4 tspBlack pepper
  8. 1 tbspGarlic paste
  9. Juice of 1 lemon

Steps

  1. 1

    Marinate chicken with all the ingredients along with 1/4 cup of oil for 1 hour.
