Soak moong for 6-8 hours grind them in mixer.add ginger garlic and chilli make a semi smooth batter.

Add crushed carrot, capsicum.

Add finely chopped onion, coriander leaves,besan,rava.add all masala.with water make dosa like batter.rest for 10 minutes..on a non-stick tawa spread like pan cake.put little oil.

Cover it with lid. Simmer for 5 minutes on low flame. Serve with tomato sauce and green chutney. Serve hot
