Start by frying both corn and wheat flakes one by one. Fry corn flakes first as wheat flakes will make the oil turn brown.

Now saute the daliya by adding 1 tsp red chilli powder and 1/2 tsp turmeric powder along with daliya to the oil.

Now take enough oil for murmura. Add remaining turmeric and chilli powder and add the murmura with salt as per taste.

Now mix both the flakes, masala daliya, sev and tikha gathiya with cooked murmura.

Add the coriander leaves, lemon juice and sugar and give a proper mix. Serve and enjoy ✨
