Chatpata Palak Paneer

Assemble ingredients

Marinade Paneer cubes with little salt + turmeric, Marinade for around 10 minutes. Them fry till golden brown and keep aside.

Roughly chop Spinach and keep aside.

In moderately heated pan add Oil, allow to heat. Add bay leaf + cumin seeds and allow to crackle.
Add ginger garlic + Hing and sauté for few seconds, add Onion and sauté till golden brown. - 5
Add chopped Tomato + little salt + green chilli and sauté for few minutes. Add all spices and sauté till spices leaves oil.

Add chopped Spinach + salt and mix well. Cover and cook for 3 - 4 minutes under medium flame.

Add 1/4 cup water + Sugar and cook further for 4-5 minutes. Add Paneer cubes and mix well, cook further for few minutes

Dish is done.

Serve with Phulka
