Ginger Biscuits

These are my British friend's favorite biscuits! You can have a great tea time with these. The strong flavour of ginger will go well with both coffee and tea. Just takes 30 minutes so quick and easy cooking!

Preheat the oven at 180°C/350°F. Put margarine and sugar into a bowl and mix together well until the texture of the mixture becomes smooth.

Put the honey and molasses into the bowl and mix in, then put in the other ingredients and mix all together into a dough (note: dissolve the baking powder in a little hot water before putting it into a bowl)

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Roll up the dough into small balls and place them on the tray. Bake for 15 minutes and remove to a cooling rack.
