Bhogichi Bhaji

Except brinjal and tomato put all the vegetables in cooker and cook upto 3 whistles.

Roast peanuts, dry coconut and sesame seeds and put in mixer and grind it.

Take a kadai. Add oil. When oil gets heated add asafoetida and grated ginger to it. Then add tomato and saute it. Then add peanut sesame abd dry coconut blended mixture to it.

Now add red chilli powder, goda masala and salt and mix it well. Now add hot water to it. After that add cut brinjal pieces to it mix it and put lid on it. Cook well.

After brinjal cooks add rest all cooked vegetables to it. Mix properly and add salt if necessary. Then add little water and bring to a boil. Nkw add coriander and serve bhogichi bhaji with bajra roti.
