200 gcauliflower chopped
1 cupmilk
1/2 cupwater
1 tbspgrated cheese
1/2 tspsalt
1/2 tsppepper powder
1 tbspchopped coriander

Pressure cook the flower with salt and water. Blend

Add milk, cheese and bring to boil, add pepper powder, chilli flakes (optional) mix well. Add corinader and serve hot
