In a large bowl. Stir together all your ingredients. Reserve a little bit of the marinade in a bowl (for basting)
Place pork shoulder into the marinade in the larger bowl, and mix together well. Let marinade for at least 4hr to 24hr.

Preheat oven to 450⁰F, cook pork at this temp for 20 min.
Once 20 min up, flip the pork, baste it with your reserves marinade, turn the heat down to 400⁰F and cook another 20 min

After these 20 min. If you're finding your pork is burning, turn the heat down to 350⁰F- 375⁰F.
Flip the pork again, and baste again with the marinade. - 4
Continue this process, flipping and basting your pork every 15-20min until it's cooked through. Should be juicy and tender, slightly sticky, and caramelized on the outside.
