Ingredients

  • 1zucchini
  • 2 tablespoons(about 15 grams) almonds
  • 2 tablespoonsgrated ricotta salata cheese
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1 tablespoongrated Parmesan cheese
  • Sweet paprika, to taste

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut the zucchini into small cubes and blanch in salted water.

  2. 2

    Let the zucchini cool.

  3. 3

    Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
